Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECCLEO) teaches first responders to manage life-threatening injuries in situations where seconds matter. It is designed to decrease preventable deaths in tactical situations. This course is great for police or other first responders with limited medical training.
We offer an array of training programs that are designed to position your agency to maintain it's level of distinction and continue providing the high-quality service your residents have grown accustomed to.
Courses include the following:
American Heart Association BLS provider course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.
In the Instructor-led course, students participate in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations. Students work with an AHA BLS Instructor to complete BLS skills practice and skills testing. Students also complete a written exam and receive a two-year certification.
This course is designed to provide officers with the knowledge and skills to successfully intervene during an active threat event. Students will become proficient through the utilization of dynamic interactive drills and scenario-based training. Roles and responsibilities of the initial responding officers as well as individual movements will be covered in this 2-day course .
