Jarrod D. Broadway- Chief Learning Officer
Jarrod Broadway's extensive and diverse background makes him a highly qualified and experienced professional in the fields of law enforcement, EMS, and education. As the founder and Chief Learning Officer (CLO) of Vitality Sight, his leadership and expertise are instrumental in delivering top-notch training programs to organizations seeking to enhance their employees' safety and well-being.
With over two decades of experience in both EMS and law enforcement, including serving as a Federal Air Marshal and a municipal police officer, Jarrod brings a wealth of real-world knowledge to the training provided by Vitality Sight. His experience as a Field Training Officer, SWAT Operator, Active Shooter Instructor, and various other roles has honed his skills in managing high-stress situations and developing effective training strategies.
Having spent several years overseeing training as part of the Professional Standards Bureau in law enforcement, Jarrod understands the importance of comprehensive and relevant instruction. His role as the law enforcement coordinator for the Burlington County Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) further showcases his commitment to promoting mental health crisis management.
Beyond law enforcement, Jarrod's dedication to emergency medical services shines through his nearly three decades of experience as an EMS provider and over 20 years as a paramedic. As an EMS educator, he shares his knowledge through a variety of continuing education courses, contributing to the development of the EMS community.
Jarrod's academic achievements, including a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education, underscore his commitment to personal and professional growth. These degrees provide a solid foundation for developing effective training programs that align with adult learning principles and best practices.

Dr. Christopher J. Sharpe- Director of Medical Education
Chris Sharpe began his EMS career in 1988 as a volunteer and became an EMT in 1990. He attended paramedic school at Hahnemann University where he received a certificate in Paramedic Science. Chris worked for Hahnemann University Hospital as an Emergency Department technician in 1993 ultimately becoming a nurse in 2002 and a nurse practitioner in 2015. He simultaneously began working for Virtua EMS in 1993 as a paramedic where he worked in a variety of roles including staff paramedic, Sr. Staff Paramedic and Asst. Field Operations Chief. He transitioned to an education role in 2013 after 20 years in operations. Chris left Virtua in 2019 and continues to work as a nurse practitioner and paramedic.
He holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, a Doctorate of Nursing Practice, and is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and certified Tactical Paramedic as well as Nationally Certified EMS Educator through the National Association of EMS Educators. Chris lives in Delran with his two good boys, Tank and Dozer.
Dr. Jordan B. Barnett- Medical Director
Jordan Barnett is a practicing Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician with background in Emergency Medical Services. Dr. Barnett has experience as a former prehospital provider with New York City EMS and volunteer firefighter. He obtained his Medical Degree from The State University of New York Health Science Center, Syracuse, and completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Barnett completed the Executive MBA Program at Rutgers University, with a concentration in Marketing. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American College of Emergency Physicians, and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.
As Vitality Sight’s medical director Dr. Barnett oversees our NAEMT training courses. Through a strategic partnership with EMS Consultant Group, he also serves as the medical director for BLS agencies in the region who contract with Vitality Sight for their medical direction and EMS education.
Dr. Barnett is constantly working to ensure excellence in prehospital emergency medical care throughout the region. He has used his expertise in influence progressive changes in the way EMTs, paramedics and other providers deliver care in the field, and he continues to be a huge advocate for EMS. Dr. Barnett enjoys spending time in the air as a private pilot in his spare time.
